HILARY SWANK HAS FRUIT FIGHT

Oscar-winning actress Hilary Swank is fighting with New Zealand authorities over a fine she received going through customs there. In January, Swank was fined $150 for not declaring an apple and an orange in her luggage when she landed at Auckland International Airport. Swank is having lawyers contest the fine.
