Welsh singer and Las Vegas fixture Tom Jones came back to New York last week and performed there for the first time in 10 years. Jones became famous in the 1960s for tunes like "What's New Pussycat?" and "It's Not Unusual." His sellout appearance at the rock club Irving Plaza included those hits and rock, country and techno tunes he regularly performs in his Vegas act.
